IM & LORI VANCE | LEAD PASTOR Pastor Jim and Lori were married on January 3, 2004. They have 6 Children and 3 Grandchildren. Pastor Jim was credentialed with the Assemblies of God in 2011 and became Lead Pastor of Richmond Christian Church, AG in November, 2019. Pastor Jim, also, holds a Certificate of Pastoral Counseling from Emerge Ministries. His wife, Lori holds an education degree from Michigan State University as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Counseling from Spring Arbor University. Both Pastor Jim and his wife Lori love helping people reach their potential in serving Christ, they love serving the community and reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Discipleship is their heart, raising up disciples who raise up disciples. They believe in doing that by living out their faith as stated in Philippians 2:2 “Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.” (NLT) - One Dream One Team!
